Frequently asked questions

How long am I covered for if I purchase Nanny?

12 months – you will receive an email from us prior to the expiry of cover offering renewal for a further 12 month period.

Is there a restriction on the number of children I can look after at any one time?

You can only purchase this insurance if you look after no more than 6 children at any one time.

Do I have to pay for the first part of any claim?

Only under the personal possessions section of the policy. Otherwise you will not have to contribute towards any claim.
